02Rates & distribution

One price, everywhere, in one push.

Rates and availability are decided in one calendar and distributed to the channels from there. There is no second copy to keep honest.

What it does

Price a season in one action

Select a date range, choose which rate plans it applies to, and optionally restrict it to certain weekdays. Fridays and Saturdays priced differently from the rest of the week is one operation, not sixty.

Rate plans with real rules

Minimum and maximum stay, advance purchase, cancellation deadlines and refund behaviour belong to the plan. The rules are enforced at the point of sale rather than remembered by staff.

Cap what the channels can take

Capacity is your active room count — it is never invented. On top of it you can say “sell at most four of these tonight”, and adding a new room later will not silently erase that instruction.

Connect the channels you already use

Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda and Airbnb connect through our distribution network. Rates, availability and restrictions go out; reservations come back in with a confirmation code.

Bookings arrive complete

A channel reservation lands as a full booking with the guest, the nights, the rate and the total — not as an email you re-type into a second system.

Flagged, not blocked

If a channel sends something that does not line up — a room type we do not recognise, a currency that is not yours, a change made on their side — the booking is accepted and flagged for a human. It is never silently dropped.

Availability is calculated, not typed

Most systems ask you to enter how many rooms are available on each date. That number is wrong the moment a booking lands, and keeping it right is a chore that never ends. Here, capacity is simply how many active rooms of that type exist, minus any that are out of order that night. You never open a calendar to type it in, and it can never drift.

  • Capacity follows the room list automatically, today and forward only
  • History is never rewritten — last March’s occupancy stays last March’s truth
  • Consecutive nights with the same value are sent as one range, not one call per day
  • Push is rate-limited and de-duplicated so a busy afternoon cannot flood the channels
