Who we are
HotelForge supplies property management software to hotels in the United Kingdom. For data you enter about your guests, your hotel is the controller and we are the processor. For data about you as our customer, we are the controller.
What this website collects
These marketing pages set no tracking cookies and load no third-party analytics. If you email us, we keep that correspondence for as long as we are talking and for two years afterwards.
What the product stores
Guest names, contact details, stay dates and payment references, because a booking cannot exist without them. Card numbers never reach us — they go directly to Stripe.
Erasure
A guest can ask your hotel to erase their data. The system anonymises the person while keeping the financial record intact, which is what both UK GDPR and your accountant require.
Where the data lives
On servers inside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Each hotel has its own database rather than a shared table with a tenant column.
